By participating in this sales promotion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:-
1. Sales Promotion Overview
1.1. From 1 May 2023 to 31 May 2023, purchase any FOUR (4) pieces of Bridgestone POTENZA Adrenalin RE004 tyres under a single invoice transaction from any of the participating Autobacs outlets and comply with the terms and conditions stated herein to be entitled to redeem one (1) Bridgestone NETS FlashPay card (comes with S$15 stored value).
1.2. This sales promotion is only applicable to Bridgestone POTENZA Adrenalin RE004 tyres sold by participating Autobacs Venture Singapore Pte Ltd ("Autobacs”) stores with complete warranty registration submitted via the Bridgestone Tyre Sales Singapore Pte Ltd website.
2. Eligibility
2.1. To receive one (1) Bridgestone NETS FlashPay card, you must:
· Purchase four (4) pieces of Bridgestone POTENZA Adrenalin RE004 tyres of the same product model from any of the participating Autobacs outlets.
· Complete the warranty registration on the spot of purchase.
2.2. Bridgestone NETS FlashPay card will be given on first-come, first-served basis and are while stocks last.
2.3. Bridgestone NETS FlashPay card cannot be used to exchange for cash.
2.4. Customer must complete the warranty registration accurately and completely. Please ensure that the relevant Autobacs outlet and Invoice Number are filled in accurately.
2.5. Please note that only Bridgestone POTENZA Adrenalin RE004 tyres are eligible for this sales promotion campaign.
2.6. Parallel-imported tyres or tyres sold by sources other than the participating Autobacs outlets will NOT be eligible for this sales promotion.
2.7. This sales promotion is NOT open to:
· Staff and immediate family of Bridgestone Tyre Sales Singapore Pte Ltd;
· Staff and immediate family of Autobacs;
· Vendors, agencies and temporary staff involved in this sales promotion; or
· Persons enjoying a discount under the Bridgestone “Refer a Friend” Programme.
2.8. This sales promotion is NOT valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or privileges carried out by Bridgestone Tyre Sales Singapore Pte Ltd or any of the Autobacs outlets.
3. Tyre Warranty
3.1. Bridgestone passenger tyres are warranted against manufacturing defects for five (5) years from the date of manufacture of each tyre. For more details on Bridgestone warranty’s terms and conditions, please visit https://www.bridgestone.com.sg/en/customer-care/tyre-warranty-policy.
3.2. Bridgestone Tyre Sales Singapore Pte Ltd DOES NOT offer any warranty for parallel-imported tyres.
4. Privacy Policy
4.1. Bridgestone Tyres Sales Singapore Pte Ltd does not disclose, transfer or lend the personal information you submit to our site to any third party. For more information on our Privacy Policy relating to our warranty, please visit https://www.bridgestone.com.sg/en/about/privacy.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1. In the event of any fraud and/or suspected fraud, Bridgestone Tyres Sales Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to conduct its own investigations, refer the matter to the police for their further investigation and/or take other steps necessary to preserve the integrity of this sales promotion.
5.2. Bridgestone Tyre Sales Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and/or terminate this sales promotion early without prior notice.
5.3. These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of Singapore. In the case of any disputes in relation to this sales promotion, the customer and Bridgestone Tyres Sales Singapore Pte Ltd will engage in good faith negotiations to resolve such dispute, failing which the decision of Bridgestone Tyres Sales Singapore Pte Ltd will be final and binding.
